Avizaqcua recebe menção na revista Rowing & Regatta
O Centro de Estágios Avizaqcua fez parte de um artigo sobre locais de estágios, na última edição da revista de remo inglesa Rowing & Regatta. Num artigo de 3 páginas, entitulado “Training Camps – where to go?”, Avis e a Avizaqcua foram uma das alternativas apresentadas para as equipas inglesas estagiarem fora do Reino Unido.
Radley College
Entre as alternativas apresentadas estavam Lago Velence – Hungria, Lago Aiguebelette – França, Lago Sarnen – Suiça e Avis – Portugal.
O testemunho apresentado foi por John Gearing, Director de Remo do Radley College. A equipa visitou Avis em Abril de 2009 e já tem reserva para a próxima época.
